Mike Mayberry is Director of Components Research at Intel. He was promoted to this position in 2005. His group is responsible for research that enables future generations of semiconductors from 5 to 15 years out in the future. They fill the pipeline with technologies for Intel's Pathfinding group to narrow down before the microprocessors of a distant tomorrow come to a computer near you.
