Lam Research: the Early Years

One of the most celebrated companies in the equipment industry, Lam was once a scrappy start-up taking on far larger companies. This special exhibition documents those early days. It starts with the first press article announcing Lam's autoetch (a). Lam was the first company to offer remote diagnostics to chip makers (c).
